I just had a listen, great job Ruth!! You are very well spoken and speak thoughtfully/articulately/concisely — if it were me I’d probably ramble and jump from one thing to another, especially when there’s so much TO an issue; I kind of speak as I think lol. It’s a real skill to be focused and succinct on the spot like that, so well done! It’s too bad it was so short, there just wasn’t enough time to get into the depth it needs to be explored in, huh? But you did an excellent job bringing up some key issues and I think stating the stats was very educational too, which seemed to really drive the point home that much more. So proud of you! Keep doing what you’re doing, it’s exciting to see how much visibility you’re getting in such a short amount of time that I’ve known you and your work. Five thumbs up sister!
Thanks so much for that 🙂 I was on again a couple of weeks after but don’t have the recording sorted yet. It wasn’t all about prostitution on the second show though but general news stories, though I did manage to bring one up about trafficking in Britain.
Oh cool, looking forward to hearing the second one if you find it and post it. Glad you were able to bring trafficking up, gotta just seize and create these opportunities whenever and wherever we can. 🙂
